Koch, Neil Barsky鈥檚 鈥淧OV鈥� documentary, examines the life and career of controversial former New York Mayor Ed Koch, who held the office from 1978 to 1989 as the city struggled with lack of housing and the spread of AIDS. The film also shows Koch鈥檚 involvement in later campaigns, such as that of current New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. It airs on PBS on Sept. 22 at 10 p.m.
