President Donald Trump issued聽an executive order聽Thursday night that would introduce new tariffs on many of them in seven days, presenting a fresh test for the global economy and alliances. Mr. Trump said Thursday he would extend trade negotiations with Mexico for 90 days. Dozens of others faced duties of up to 41% on U.S. imports.
