Hobby Lobby decision: Eight important numbers to know

Here are eight key numbers in the Supreme Court's Hobby Lobby ruling, including company financial information, what constitutes a 鈥榗losely held鈥� company, and the out-of-pocket costs for the forms of contraception involved in the ruling.

The average hourly wage for a cashier at a Hobby Lobby store, according to the career services site glassdoor.com.  Last year, the company raised its minimum wage for full-time workers to $14 an hour, nearly double the federal minimum wage. The company鈥檚 benefits are considered generous, and CEO David Green has been lauded in the past for treating his employees well. "As a family-owned business, we want our employees to feel like they are part of a family," said Mr. Green. "This is one way we can show our appreciation for their work and make them feel like part of a team."
