A pretrial hearing continues for a third day for a U.S. Army private accused of handing over hundreds of thousands of classified documents to the website WikiLeaks.

Pfc.聽Bradley聽Manning聽returns Thursday to a military courtroom.

The 24-year-old聽Manning聽faces a possible life sentence for the disclosures. A trial is expected next year.

The Supreme Court has given Trump early wins. Now, it has to explain why.

This is the final day this week that arguments will be heard. A judge is expected to rule Thursday on whether prosecutors can use prior acts of misconduct as evidence against聽Manning.

Manning聽is being held in a military prison in Kansas.
