Puppy locked in car for a third of its life OK

The puppy locked in a car for almost a month is making out all right. The puppy locked in a car inside an impound lot is being taken care of by a Kansas City animal shelter.

Puppy locked in car for nearly a month will survive. Like the puppy shown here in Texas on April 10, the puppy locked in a car in Kansas City was rescued and discovered to be severely dehydrated.
