Deer Doritos bag: Police save fawn from snacks
Deer Doritos bag is no more. Police in Florida discovered a deer with its entire head stuck in a bag of Doritos, late Saturday evening, but the deer Doritos bag was removed without a struggle.
In an image provided by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office a Key deer has its head stuck in a snack food bag Saturday in Florida. Monroe County, Fla., Sheriff's Deputy Joshua Gordon encountered the distressed animal in the Keys and removed the Deer Doritos bag.

A聽deer聽in the Florida Keys is breathing more easily after a deputy removed a Doritos聽bag from its head.
The Monroe County sheriff's deputy discovered the Key聽deer聽while on patrol late Saturday evening. Its entire head was stuck in the chips bag.
Sheriff's spokeswoman Becky Herrin says the聽deer聽allowed the deputy to remove the bag without a struggle.
Key聽deer聽are the smallest of the Virginia white-tailed聽deer聽subspecies and are endangered. The US Fish and Wildlife Services says the聽deer聽have been threatened by development, habitat loss and hurricanes.
Herrin reminds Florida Keys visitors to properly dispose of trash to protect animals from harm.
