Disney is adapting another of its animated films into a live-action movie, but this one involves animals.
According to , Disney is planning a live-action version of 鈥淲innie the Pooh,鈥 which is based on the characters created by author A.A. Milne. 鈥淟isten Up Philip鈥 director and writer Alex Ross Perry has been brought on board for the project to adapt a script, according to Deadline, and the new movie will center on the child Christopher Robin as an adult.聽
A new animated version of 鈥淧ooh鈥 was released in 2011. Meanwhile, Disney鈥檚 other recent live-action adaptations of their animated films include this year鈥檚 鈥淐inderella鈥 and the 2014 movie 鈥淢aleficent,鈥 which was a retelling of 鈥淪leeping Beauty.鈥 Both are box office successes.
