'Devil Wears Prada' may be getting a book sequel
'Devil Wears Prada' author Lauren Weiner is said to be releasing a sequel to her bestseller next April.
The title of the sequel to 'The Devil Wears Prada' is reportedly 'Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns.'

Lauren Weiner鈥檚 tale of an assistant toiling for a tyrannical boss, 鈥�The Devil Wears Prada,鈥� shot up the bestseller lists and was turned into an Oscar-nominated film in 2006 鈥� and now, the author says, there鈥檚 a sequel on the way.
According to , Weiner鈥檚 new book will be released next April and will be titled 鈥淩evenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns.鈥�
鈥淩evenge鈥� would also follow the heroine of 鈥淒evil,鈥� Andy Sachs, but catch up with her eight years later as she works as the editor of bridal magazine Plunge with her former co-assistant, Emily, though she can鈥檛 seem to get away from the specter of her demanding former boss, Miranda Priestly.
Anne Hathaway played na茂ve newcomer Andy in the movie adaptation, while then-unknown Emily Blunt earned raves as the character of the same name and actress Meryl Streep received an Oscar nomination for her portrayal of poisonous, complicated editor Miranda.
