The first time I read The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich by William L. Shirer, I read it to see what happened during World War II. This time I鈥檓 reading about how it happened. Hitler published 鈥�Mein Kampf鈥� in the 1920s. His playbook is still being used today: lies, slander, and yelling. We didn鈥檛 learn then. Can we learn now?
