Olive Kitteridge: A Novel in Stories

Rarely do I thrill at each page of a book, but that pretty much describes how I felt while reading Olive Kitteridge: A Novel in Stories by Elizabeth Strout. Each short story could stand alone, but was truly enhanced by the other stories with interlacing characters and events. They made me feel as if I had truly visited that town, although I鈥檝e never set foot in Maine.
