It's not as good as winning, but it's better than nothing.

In one of the 97th Congress's final acts, the US House renamed a couple of pieces of federal real estate to honor two Republican congressmen who lost their bids for reelection. The congressmen: Don Clausen of California and Paul Findley of Illinois. Clausen served 19 years, Findley 22. Clausen's name will appear over a fish hatchery at Warm Springs Dam, Calif.
