Dublin gasoline stations put up "no petrol" signs Monday after tanker drivers refused to deliver supplies for the third successive day to protest a revision in their productivity agreement with oil companies. At the same time, a wildcat walkout by bus maintenance crews over extra supervisory procedures halted bus service in most areas of the city, forcing thousands to walk or hitchhike to work.
