Obama calls for a 鈥渞ebalancing鈥 of trade relations 鈥 currently China鈥檚 trade surplus with the US has ballooned to nearly $230 billion 鈥 so that the Chinese become bigger consumers of products 鈥渕ade in USA.鈥
