Interest in car prices for hybrids and electric vehicles has soared in only a few weeks, reports . For hybrids Toyota Prius, Ford Fusion, and Honda Insight, Web traffic for the week of Feb. 20 rose 124 percent over the week of Jan. 30. Electric vehicles such as Chevy Volt and Nissan Leaf saw an increase of 51.8 percent over the same time.
