Andrea Brockman from Philadelphia, Pa., has three sons, all of whom graduated from college, and although two have settled into jobs, one is still trying to figure things out. Brockman says she was disillusioned by how tough it was for her sons to get into courses during college that she and her husband considered practical, like marketing and accounting. "We discovered that unless you major in these things, you can't get into the courses," Brockman said.
"Then you graduate and all of a sudden find there are no jobs. This turns into disillusionment, which turns into partying with your friends in the same situation."
