Born without hearing, Patrick Otema has spent his life in silence.聽

But one day, a sign language teacher showed up in his Ugandan village. It turns out 15-year-old聽Patrick has a lot to say 鈥 and now he has a way to say it, reports British TV Channel 4's "Unreported World."聽
