A tax analyst testifying on Emanuel鈥檚 behalf said his paperwork was valid and Emanuel was officially 鈥渄omiciled鈥� in Illinois under state law.
Against: Opponents say Emanuel listed his residency status as 鈥減art-time鈥� on his 2009 state income tax return. Emanuel said Tuesday it was a mistake even though he signed the document.
