WalMart shooting: Motive a mystery
| NEENAH, Wis.
A 56-year-old woman who works at the Neenah聽Walmart聽is in critical condition after being shot in the store's liquor section.
Police arrested a 46-year-old Greenville woman who also works at the store. Officers recovered a handgun at the scene.
No customers were in the liquor section when the shooting happened around 11:15 a.m. Wednesday.
The victim, who's a clerk in the liquor section, was taken by ambulance to Theda Clark Medical Center. Police say she was shot once in the torso.
A hospital spokeswoman says the victim is in critical condition. Her name was not released.
Neenah Police Chief Kevin Wilkinson says authorities have not determined what led to the shooting.
A聽Walmart聽spokeswoman tells both women are cashiers.
Police think the women knew each other.
