Florida Judge Kenneth Lester says he'll rule Thursday whether to let George聽Zimmerman聽out on bond or keep him in jail.
Lester had revoked聽Zimmerman's聽$150,000 bond last month after prosecutors told the judge聽Zimmerman聽and his wife misled the court about how much money they had during an April bond聽hearing.
Prosecutors said a website聽Zimmerman聽created for his legal defense had raised $135,000 at the time of his first bond hearing.聽Zimmerman聽and his wife did not mention the money then, and Shellie聽Zimmerman聽even said the couple had limited resources because she was a student and wasn't working.
