Josh won鈥檛 admit that he wants to run for office some day, but the brothers told The New York Times that he and Tagg are the two brothers most likely to carry on the Romney legacy of public service.
Described as the 鈥渄reamy one,鈥� Josh appears front and center during interviews with the Romney brothers. He is active on the campaign trail, attending rallies, giving speeches, and making the bridge between Romney鈥檚 personal character and his business experience.
鈥淢y dad is serious about bringing regulation under control, serious about dealing with China, serious about becoming energy-independent,鈥� Josh said at an event in Hudson, Wis., in September. 鈥淚 assure you, when my dad is president, this country will be back on track. The economy will be booming, and America will reign as the shining city on a hill that Ronald Reagan has crowned.鈥�
Josh is a real estate developer and runs Romney Ventures in Salt Lake City, Utah. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their four kids. He majored in English and minored in business at Brigham Young University. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, just like his father and two older brothers.
