Cars and trucks clogged more than 60 miles of highway leading to Beijing from Aug. 14 to 25 in 2010. State media blamed maintenance projects for the world鈥檚 longest traffic jam by time, which was made worse by smaller accidents and breakdowns, according to earlier Monitor reports.
