If your four-year-old couldn鈥檛 stop himself from singing 鈥渓ooking like a fool with your pants on the ground鈥� the last couple of days, you鈥檙e not alone.

The laugh-out-loud performance by Atlanta civil rights veteran 鈥�General鈥� Larry Platt on the 鈥�American Idol鈥� audition show Wednesday night continues to not just tickle America鈥檚 funny bone, but to inspire its creativity (not to mention living room break dance moves by four-year-olds).

Some of our favorite 鈥淧ants on the Ground鈥� covers so far:

Grunge pants: Witness guitarist Brandon Gray鈥檚 head-nodding in the Stone Temple Pilot mode. Mr. Gray: "This goes out to you, General. I salute you."

鈥�Dave Matthews鈥� pants: shows the versatility of Platt鈥檚 ditty. It could march right over into the easy-listening category.
