Cilantro and coriander are the same plant 鈥 but different parts.

Cilantro 颅鈥 widely used in Mexican cooking -- refers to the parsleylike leaves.

Coriander 鈥 an ingredient in curry powder -- is what the mature seeds are called. You can harvest both from the same plant.
