'Berzerk': Eminem's next single off his new album 'Marshall Mathers LP 2' is coming soon
Eminem鈥檚 newest album will be titled 鈥淢arshall Mathers LP 2鈥� and will be released Nov. 5, according to the rapper.
The first single off 鈥淢arshall Mathers LP 2,鈥� titled 鈥淪urvival,鈥� had already been posted on Eminem鈥檚 site, according to the , and the second, 鈥淏erzerk,鈥� is scheduled to become available on Aug. 27. 鈥淪urvival鈥� was reportedly part of a 鈥淐all of Duty: Ghosts鈥� trailer promoting the new video game.
Both trailers for the new album on Eminem鈥檚 website feature Beats By Dre headphones. (Rapper Dr. Dre is producing the album along with Rick Rubin.)
A commercial for Beats By Dre headphones aired during the MTV Video Music Awards featuring Eminem and also promoted his new album.
Eminem, who was born Marshall Mathers, released his first album, 鈥淚nfinite,鈥� in 1996 and followed it with releases including 鈥淭he Marshall Mathers LP鈥� and 鈥淭he Eminem Show.鈥� His seventh album, 鈥淩ecovery,鈥� was released in 2010 and debuted at number one on Billboard, winning the Best Rap Album Grammy for the year and earning a Best Album nomination.聽
He has received 13 Grammy Awards in total and won an Academy Award for Best Original Song for 鈥淟ose Yourself,鈥� which was featured in his 2002 film 鈥�8 Mile."
