Bareilles鈥檚 new album, , includes songs she wrote for 鈥淲aitress,鈥� a Broadway-bound musical about a waitress with a knack for baking pies who feels trapped in her small-town diner. Follow pastry chef and graphic designer Tal Spiegel through the patisseries of Paris and virtually sample the city鈥檚 many sweet treats. Healing after war
In time for Veterans Day, a new PBS special centers on a reunion between American and Japanese veterans of the Battle of Iwo Jima for the 70th anniversary of the conflict. The men who attend foster fellowship with those they once considered enemies. Viewers should be advised that the documentary deals with the gruesome realities of war. airs Nov. 10 at 8 p.m. 聽聽
