In July 2012, Sen. Ron Wyden secured the declassification of two from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence that acknowledged the FISC had found some information gathering procedures were 鈥渦nreasonable under the Fourth Amendment鈥 and that the government had 鈥渃ircumvented the spirit鈥 of FISA.
