There鈥檚 a lot of news to think about. What makes Sunday鈥檚 presidential election in Colombia relevant to you? Broadly, it鈥檚 a democracy鈥檚 classic test: how to mirror a society鈥檚 shifting priorities by giving its citizenry an opportunity to set them. In Colombia, that has already taken some work.聽
