Billionaire Michael Bloomberg said that 鈥淎merica鈥檚 Pledge鈥 鈥 a coalition of cities, states, and businesses 鈥 is on track to meet the Paris accord goals to reduce carbon emissions by 26 percent. 鈥淥ur coalition now represents more than half of the US economy.
