McDonalds could compete with all the cupcake shops that have popped up in the last few years by introducing a McCupcake. Red velvet cake, bright yellow frosting鈥攊t would decorate any value-meal lunch tray.

With the 惭肠颁补蹿茅, McDonalds proved it could cater to yuppie tastes. And with the Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait, we saw that the chain could achieve dainty. The next logical step? Cutesy.

A red velvet McCupcake with golden-arches yellow frosting would show the world that McDonalds can keep up with trends in the world of baked goods. And adults would finally have an excuse to top off their mac 鈥檔 cheese meals the way they did as seven-year-olds.
