'It's What I Do' memoir will reportedly star Jennifer Lawrence
The book 鈥淚t鈥檚 What I Do鈥� by Lynsey Addario is reportedly being adapted as a film, with Steven Spielberg directing and 鈥淪erena鈥� actress Jennifer Lawrence starring in the movie.聽
According to , both Spielberg and Lawrence are on board to work on the film. Spielberg recently directed the 2012 film 鈥淟incoln鈥� and 2011鈥檚 鈥淲ar Horse,鈥� while Lawrence appeared in the 2014 films 鈥淭he Hunger Games: Mockingjay 鈥� Part 1鈥� and 鈥淴-Men: Days of Future Past.鈥�
鈥淒o,鈥� which is Addario鈥檚 memoir of her time as a war photographer in areas such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Congo, was just published this past February. Both the Monitor and Amazon named it as one of the best books released that month, though Monitor writer Nick Romeo found that sometimes the book included a 鈥渢endency to aestheticize imagery of enormous suffering鈥� and 鈥渇requent name-dropping of prizes and publications."
