Nina Stibbe's 'Love, Nina' will be adapted for British TV

Writer Nick Hornby will reportedly adapt the book 鈥淟ove, Nina鈥 for the BBC.听
鈥淣ina鈥 was released this past April in the US and is based on letters written home by author Nina Stibbe, who was working as a nanny for London Review of Books editor Mary-Kay Wilmers during the 1980s. The book received the 2014 UK Popular Nonfiction Book of the Year award.听
The book will be adapted as a five-part series for BBC One.
Hornby was nominated for an Oscar for his screenplay for the 2009 movie 鈥淎n Education.鈥

Hornby recently released the book 鈥淔unny Girl,鈥 which the Monitor named as one of the best books of February 2015. Monitor staff wrote that the book has 鈥渨it, warmth, and British charm.鈥
