James Franco is cast in Stephen King's '11/22/63'
A famous actor has been cast as the lead in the upcoming TV adaptation of Stephen King鈥檚 novel 鈥�11/22/63.鈥�
According to , James Franco of 鈥淭he Interview鈥� will play protagonist Jake Epping in the Hulu adaptation of King鈥檚 novel.
As we previously reported, the series will be nine hours long and Bridget Carpenter of 鈥淧arenthood鈥� is adapting the book for the small screen.聽
The novel tells the story of an English teacher who goes back in time to try to stop the Kennedy assassination.聽
Franco recently directed a film adaptation of 鈥�The Sound and the Fury鈥� as as well as 鈥�As I Lay Dying鈥� and has also starred in such films as 鈥�This Is the End鈥� and 鈥�Oz the Great and Powerful.鈥�
