'Miss Peregrine' movie gains cast members
The film adaptation of Ransom Riggs鈥檚 bestselling young adult novel 鈥淢iss Peregrine鈥檚 Home for Peculiar Children鈥� may have gained some cast members.
As we previously reported, the film, which centers on a teenage boy who discovers a group of children with mysterious powers, is being directed by Tim Burton of 鈥淏ig Eyes.鈥�
And now, according to , Eva Green of 鈥淧enny Dreadful鈥� is set to star as Miss Peregrine and 鈥淓nder鈥檚 Game鈥� actor Asa Butterfield is also appearing in the film. Samuel L. Jackson of 鈥�Captain America: The Winter Soldier鈥� is in negotiations to act in the movie.
The film will be released in March 2016, according to Deadline.
Riggs released a sequel to 鈥淧eregrine,鈥� 鈥淗ollow City,鈥� in 2014 and a third book, titled 鈥淟ibrary of Souls,鈥� will be released this September, according to the writer鈥檚 .
