'Of Mice and Men,' with James Franco and Chris O'Dowd, will be broadcast all over the world

'Of Mice and Men' will be filmed by National Theatre Live.

Theater fans 鈥� and John Steinbeck fans 鈥� can stick closer to home if they want to see the currently running Broadway production of 鈥�Of Mice and Men.鈥�

National Theatre Live, which has taped and released to movie theaters and other platforms such London productions as 鈥淔rankenstein鈥� starring Benedict Cumberbatch and 鈥淧hedre鈥� starring Helen Mirren say they will be filming 鈥淥f Mice and Men鈥� for broadcast all over the world. The show stars James Franco, Chris O鈥橠owd, and Leighton Meester and will be the first Broadway production to be filmed by National Theatre Live.

鈥淥f Mice and Men鈥� is playing at New York's Longacre Theatre and closes on July 27. The dates on which 鈥淥f Mice and Men鈥� will be broadcast have not yet been announced.
