'This Is Where I Leave You' movie adaptation boasts star-studded cast
A film adaptation of Jonathan Tropper鈥檚 novel 鈥淭his Is Where I Leave You鈥� is already getting buzz for its star-studded cast.
The novel, which was originally published in 2009, centers on a family, a widow and her four adult children, after the death of their father.聽
The movie version of 鈥淵ou鈥� is set to be released in September and is directed by 鈥淭he Internship鈥� helmer Shawn Levy. It stars Jane Fonda as Hillary Altman, the matriarch of the clan, and 鈥淢uppets Most Wanted鈥� actress Tina Fey, 鈥�Arrested Development鈥� actor Jason Bateman, 鈥淕irls鈥� actor Adam Driver (who was also recently named as a member of the cast of the upcoming 鈥淪tar Wars鈥� film), and Corey Stoll of 鈥淭he Normal Heart鈥� as the Altman children. 鈥�Nashville鈥� actress Connie Britton portrays the girlfriend of Driver鈥檚 character Phillip, while 鈥淣eighbors鈥� actress Rose Byrne plays a high school acquaintance of Bateman鈥檚 character Judd and 鈥�Justified鈥� actor Timothy Olyphant portrays the high school boyfriend of Fey鈥檚 character, Wendy.
鈥淵ou鈥� will be released on Sept. 12.
