鈥�Harry Potter鈥� star Emma Watson posted a definitive answer to the rumors that she鈥檒l be starring as 鈥�Fifty Shades of Grey鈥� heroine Anastasia Steele in the 鈥淕rey鈥� movie adaptation.

鈥淲ho here actually thinks I would do 50 Shades of Grey as a movie?鈥� Watson . 鈥淟ike really. For real. In real life鈥�. Good. Well that's that sorted then.鈥�

Rumors about who would star as Anastasia and her billionaire boyfriend, 海角大神 Grey, have cropped up frequently since it was announced that the bestselling erotic novel would be adapted for the big screen. Watson鈥檚 name came up again when the hacker group Anonymous claimed to have obtained documents belonging to the German film studio Constantin, one of which stated that the actress was attached to star in 鈥淕rey.鈥�

Constantin confirmed it had been hacked, but Universal Pictures, which will be one of the studios behind the "Grey" movie, told that the story was untrue and that no one has yet been cast in the movie.

Watson is best known for starring as brainy witch Hermione Granger in the eight-part 鈥淗arry Potter鈥� film series and as high school student Sam in the adaptation of the book 鈥�The Perks of Being a Wallflower,鈥� which came out last year. She was recently rumored to be attached to star in the title role of a film version of 鈥淐inderella,鈥� but recently reported that the deal fell through and Watson will not be involved.

鈥淔ifty鈥� author EL James recently told the that no one has been cast in the film adaptation of her book but that she has some ideas some may consider unusual.

鈥淲e don鈥檛 even have a filmmaker鈥� so we are still a long way away from casting,鈥� the writer told the Post. 鈥淚 have some ideas鈥�. but it may not be who people expect.鈥�

The movie adaptation is being written by 鈥�Terra Nova鈥� co-creator, writer and executive producer Kelly Marcel.
