Restaurateur, farmer, and food reformer Dan Barber travels the world, discussing sustainable farming and cooking methods with chefs and farmers. He looks at big pictures, such as the Green Revolution, and small snapshots, such as one of a farming family in Washington State. Barber is a surprisingly adept narrator with clear diction, a pleasant voice, and a friendly, inviting manner. Best of all, he never bores as he teaches us his philosophy.
