"Sandberg is a very privileged person, who went to Harvard, worked at the White House," says Nelson. Consequently her explanation for the lack of women at the top 鈥� basically, women need to work harder, fight harder 鈥� will rankle some. But Nelson says that this remains a "very thorny issue" and she believes that "it doesn't matter who wrote the book, there would be controversy."
