The latest issue of the Soviet journal New Times has shocked Poles, Monitor special correspondent Eric Bourne reports. Available in Polish translation, a New Times article harshly attacked the Polish weekly Polityka for its ''revisionist'' attitudes toward the Polish crisis. Throughout that period the editor of Polityka was Vice-Premier Mieczyslaw Rakowski, who is now Gen. Wojciech Jaruzelski's right-hand man.
